Parallel Shaft Gearbox

Hyosung's parallel shaft gearboxes utilize helical gears to keep the input and output shafts parallel, and they feature double lip oil seals which prevent any oil leakage. These gearboxes have been positively received by customers due to their impressive efficiency rate of 96% or higher.

Right Angle Gearbox

Hyosung's right angle gearboxes incorporate a bevel gear to ensure that the input and output shafts are positioned at a right angle, making them compatible with a range of installation environments. Planetary Gear Unit

Hyosung's RPS series among the planetary gear units are designed specifically to handle high loads and provide high reduction ratios. These series are ideal for applications that require top-of-the-line specifications and are considered to be high-quality products that incorporate customer requirements.

  • Lightweight: The utilization of various planetary gears for power distribution and the utilization of concentric shafts for compactness of the case has enabled miniaturization and lightweighting. As a result, it can be easily installed in the space specified by the user
  • High efficiency and fixability: We have optimized the shape of the gear teeth to minimize performance differences and maximized efficiency by minimizing the moment of inertia of the internal components through ideal modification of gear tooth shapes, heat treatment, grinding of the sun gear and planetary gears, and optimal design of the internal components. We have also minimized noise during operation
  • High reduction ratio: Computer-aided design ensures high reliability of planetary gears, which can achieve a reduction ratio of over 1,000,000:1
  • Guaranteed module system: By implementing a module system across all our components, we can rapidly manufacture and supply the products our customers need
  • Technical agreement: Our technical agreement with Renk, a company based in Germany, allows us to promptly and accurately fulfill our customers' technical requirements
